The Windsor Court is New Orleans’ premier luxury hotel — a Forbes-recognized property and member of the Preferred Hotels & Resorts Legend Collection, located at 300 Gravier Street in the heart of the city’s Central Business District. Open since 1984 and celebrated for its oversized suites, multi-outlet dining, full-service spa, and Club Level concierge experience, the hotel operates as a benchmark for Southern hospitality. When a growing gap emerged between the quality of the physical guest experience and the hotel’s digital presence, a complete website overhaul became a direct business priority — one tied to organic visibility, direct bookings, and brand perception.

Chainlink served as the development partner on this project, working in close collaboration with New Orleans-based design studio Neiter Creative, who led visual identity, design system, and brand direction. Chainlink’s scope covered all WordPress engineering: a custom modular content architecture for rooms, dining, spa, events, and promotional sections; PHG Secure booking engine integration; a mobile-first conversion workflow built around the hotel’s analytics data; technical SEO implementation across every landing page; performance optimization for Core Web Vitals; and full ADA compliance. The result is a development execution built to serve a premium design at production scale.

The relaunched site positions The Windsor Court with a digital presence that finally reflects the caliber of the property itself. The hotel’s marketing team now manages room listings, seasonal specials, dining updates, event promotions, and brand campaign sections — including the “Long Live New Orleans™” content series and the BARK™ pet hospitality program — without developer involvement. The mobile-first booking flow addresses the hotel’s primary conversion channel directly, while the SEO foundation targets sustained growth in organic search traffic from travelers researching luxury New Orleans accommodations. For a property competing in one of the most active tourism markets in the United States, the site functions as both a brand statement and a direct-revenue engine.
