Shop Iris is a boutique gifts and decor store based in Houston, TX. Shop Iris needed to build an online presence and digital experience that mirrors their high-end customer service and luxury store experience, as they had only been brick & mortar.
Chainlink Marketing engaged with its partner design agency to help build their ecommerce website and launch their store for sales across the United States.

As the business was already establish on the ground, it required integrating with its existing infrastructure, including its POS and shipping partners.
The Solution
Chainlink also implemented other advanced digital marketing tools on the site to maximize the value of Shop Iris' loyal customer base through lifecycle email marketing.

Launching Shop Iris Into Ecommerce
Chainlink and its design agency partner collaborated to collaborated to organize and develop a seamless shopping experience for Shop Iris and it’s thousands of different SKUs. This required a large UI/UX effort to make the large store digestible online.

Our team prioritized the mobile experience, incorporating best practices from both a design and coding standpoint. Some of the key features including an easily navigable menu, mini shopping cart, intuitive site and menu structure, and Apple/Google Pay integrations.

Custom LightSpeed Website Integration
As Shop Iris was transitioning from Brick-and-Mortar to eCommerce, it required an integration with their LightSpeed POS in order to manage its large inventories and store. Additional integrations included Klavyio, ShipStation and other tools to accelerate their client base and create more happy customers.
